HOW TO USE LEFTOVER FRUIT

Nothing goes to waste with these helpful tips!

Our charcuterie platters and grazing boards are filled to the brim with the most delicious food items both sweet and savory. Generally, there's usually food left over from one of our menu items, but luckily there's some great ways to reuse the fruits that we include.

Here are some of our favorite ways to reuse leftover fruits:

1 - Freeze It

Fruit freezes great! I love to add frozen grapes to sparkling water in the summer time, or top my ice cream with some frozen fruit for a burst of flavor.

2 - Jams

I love to make different jams and preserves with leftover fruit. Occasionally I'll make a single fruit jam, but I love to get creative with combining fruit like my favorite kiwi pineapple jam!

3 - Juice

I love to pull out my juicer to make different juices. Juice is a great way to experiment with different flavors. For example, I love to make an orange juice but with peaches and nectarines added to it.

4 - Smoothies

A great smoothie requires fruit, so I always have frozen fruit ready to make a variety of different smoothie combinations.

Happy Grazing!
