Charcuterie Board Catering and Grazing Tables in Utah

Cured & Cut provides charcuterie catering in Utah. We provide catered grazing tables, platters, and desserts out of Herriman, Utah, and the greater Salt Lake City area.

 

We cater beautiful charcuterie creations for most event sizes including weddings, networking events, girl's nights, holiday parties, engagements, and more.

At Cured & Cut, we don't do "set menus" as we love to shop locally to provide you the highest-quality seasonal foods for your grazing and charcuterie board needs.

 

Our charcuterie catering menus normally include cheeses, cured meats, breads, and sweets. All made to order specifically for your event in Utah.​​​​

Katelyn Nemelka is the owner of Cured and Cut LLC, she’s a Utah native with roots from Moab and also grew up on the beautiful beaches of Maui, Hawaii. She has worked in the food industry one way or another her entire life.

 

When she stepped away from her serving job of eleven years she was ready to find herself again, wanted to contribute to her families income, but also be home with her kids. 

 

She never meant to start her own catering company but as she explored her options nothing fit quite right. Cured and Cut started as a hobby and has turned into an incredible company.

Cured & Cut has been around for a few years, but is excited to now work with Oakford Gourmet Selection's amazing clients.
